🖍️ When Do We Ship?
We ship Monday through Friday! Since we’re a small but mighty team, we kindly ask for a little patience. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process. Sometimes, if everything lines up just right, we can get your goodies out the door the same day!

📖 Preorder Items
Ordering both in-stock and preorder items? We’ll ship everything together once your preorder item is ready to go.

📦 Shipping Timeframes & Prices
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5, and orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Once fulfilled, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days.

You’ll also have the option to add LABL Shipping Protection at checkout. This optional insurance helps keep your package safe and provides quick resolutions if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you need to start a claim click here to access our consumer portal.

🔄 Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something is missing in your box please contact us so we can make it right.
